My finger is all swollen and i dont know why? - my fingers are swollen after i shoveled snow

Ok, so I have to shovel snow from my driveway and I was wearing gloves but my fingers are a bit cold when I arrived, I noticed that my fingers and then it was really swollen and red. but only in IE toolbar 2 fingers and my left hand and only the portion of the finger, as the fingerprint is. and when I flex tight and feels like a ton of blod fills my fingers!
Whats wrong please help me im freaking out! I can hardly jump very rare that someone numbbing things about them!
